This was one of the coldest November days ever - surprised the blowing rain was not snow flurries! Washington DC couple Pamela and Tim took everything in stride and were not disappointed when their outdoor ceremony on the Charleston Harbor was moved inside of the beautiful South Carolina Aquarium - truly a unique and colorful backdrop that made everyone smile.
